Day 01: Kathmandu or Pokhara – Nayapul – Birethanti – Syauli Bazar 52km or 2 hours’ drive – trek to Ghandruk (2020m, 5.5km or 3 hours walk)
Day 02: Ghandruk – Chhomrong – Sinuwa (2340m, 13km or 6-7 hours walk)
Day 03: Sinuwa – Bamboo – Dovan – Himalayan – Deurali (11km, 3200m, 6-7 hours walk)
Day 04: Deurali – MBC – Annapurna Base Camp (4130m, 6.8km or 5-6 hours walk)
Day 05: Annapurna Base Camp – MBC- Deurali – Himalayan – Dovan -Bamboo 2340m, 14km or 6-7 hours walk)
Day 06: Bamboo – Sinuwa – Chhomrong – Jhinu (1690m, 9.2km or 5-6 hours walk)
Day 07: Jhinu – Siwai – Syauli Bazar – Birethanti – Nayapul – Pokhara or Kathmandu (830m , 65km or 3 hours’ drive)
