Beginning at Syabru Nomads Basecamp in Thulo Syabru, the retreat combines walking, meditation and yoga, and time at the sacred lakes of Gosainkunda. The journey ends where it began, with a cleansing ritual led by a local lama, helping you return lighter, grounded, and clear.

Day 1: Grounding at Syabru Nomads Basecamp 

Arrival at Syabru Nomads Basecamp 

Herbal tea and quiet settling-in 

Guided morning meditation overlooking forested hills in Gentle yoga session focused on breath, hips, and legs 

Dynamic yoga session to prepare the body 

Day Walk Slow, mindful ascent through rhododendron and pine forests 

Minimal talking, steady pace 

Lunch en route at Sing Gompa

Visit monastery (quiet observation) 

Overnight stay

 

Day 2: Ascent to Gosainkunda

Morning Yoga Session 

Continue into alpine terrain 

Arrival at Gosainkunda Lake 

Sunrise meditation by the lake 

Gentle stretching & breathwork 

Time by the water: Silent sitting Reflection 

Optional personal prayer ritual Begin descent Dinner at Sing Gompa

 

Day 3: Return & Cleansing Ritual

Morning meditation and prayer at Sing Gompa 

Forest descent back to Thulo Syabru 

Arrival at Syabru Nomads Basecamp
