Welcome to Rajdevi Temple!
Located in Matsari-3, the Rajdevi Temple is a place of deep faith and devotion for the local residents, who worship here daily with great reverence. The temple rituals are performed by female priests twice a day—before sunrise and after sunset—while the temple remains open throughout the day for devotees.
It is believed that the idol of the goddess was brought from Parsa village and established here, which is why this place is still known as Parsa village. The worship of Rajdevi Mata has been ongoing for over 80 years, and she is regarded as a form of Goddess Kali. Devotees believe that those who pray with a pure heart have their wishes fulfilled.
Within the temple premises, there is a flag dedicated to Lord Hanuman, and surrounding the temple, idols of Kali Mata, Lord Shiva, Didibarni, and Salesh are enshrined. Inside the temple, to the left of Rajdevi Mata, stands the idol of Bundiya Mai, while outside on the right, the idol of Baudhi Mata is installed.
The most significant festival celebrated here is Dashain (Durga Puja), during which devotees offer goats, sweets, sarees, and other offerings. On the seventh day (Saptami), Nisha Puja is performed, where the liver of a goat is divided into 108 pieces for the ritual. It is believed that this practice has been followed since ancient times. Additionally, goats are also offered on Holi, and special worship is performed in the month of Chaitra.

राज देवी मन्दिरमा हजुरहरुलाई स्वागत छ ।
मत्सरी-३ मा अवस्थित राज देवी मन्दिर, यहाँका स्थानीयवासीहरुले बडो आस्था र भक्तिभावका साथ दैनिक पूजा गर्ने गरेका छन् । सो पूजा महिला पुजारीद्वारा सुर्योदय अघि र सुर्यास्त पछि गर्ने गरिन्छ भने भक्तजनहरुको पूजाकालागि मन्दिर दिन भरि नै खुला रहन्छ । धेरै समय अघि देवीलाई पर्सा गाउँबाट यहाँ ल्याएर स्थापित गरिएको हुनाले यो स्थानलाई पनि पर्सा गाउँ नै भनिन्छ । करिब ८० बर्ष भन्दाअघिबाट नै पूँजिदै आइएको राजदेवी मातालाई कालीको रुपमा मानिने भएकाले यहाँ शुद्ध मनले मागेको कुराहरु प्राप्त हुने विश्वास पनि रहिआएको छ।
मन्दिर परिसरमा हनुमानजीको ध्वज रहेको छ भने वरिपरी काली माता, शिवजी, डिडिबारनी र सलेसको प्रतिमा बिराजमान छ। मन्दिरभित्र राजदेवीमाताको बायाँमा बुंदिया माईको प्रतिमा रहेको छ भने मन्दिर बाहिर दायाँमा बउधी माताको प्रतिमा स्थापित गरिएको छ। बिशेष गरेर दशहरा अर्थात् दशैँको बेलामा दुर्गा पूजा हुने भएकाले यहाँ बोका, मिठाई, साडी, आदि चढाइने गरिन्छ। सप्तमीको दिन भने निशा पूजा गरिन्छ जसमा बोकाको कलेजोको १०८ वटा भाग बनाएर पूजा हुन्छ। सो पूजा परापुर्व काल देखि नै गरिंदै आइएको विश्वास गरिन्छ। होलीको दिन पनि मन्दिरमा बोका चढाउने गरिन्छ। चैत्र महिनामा पनि यस मन्दिरमा विशेष पूजा हुने गर्दछ।
