Namaste! Welcome to Thakur Ji Temple.
Around 50-60 years ago, Sarjo Singh envisioned the establishment of Thakur Ji Temple in Pipara. The native Sarjo Singh generously donated six bighas of land for the temple, and under the guidance of Birendra Das (Mahanti), the temple was founded in the year B.S. 2030. Since then, this temple has also been revered as the family deity (Kuldevata) of devotees belonging to the Singh clan.
Over time, Sarjo Singh’s son, Kishori Singh, took steps to further organize and develop the temple. At present, the temple is well-maintained by Rameshwar Singh (Bittu Singh).
Within the temple premises, various deities are worshipped, including Lakshmi Mata, Hanuman Dhwaj, and village-protecting deities such as Dibarin (Dibarini) and the seven goddesses referred to as Gram Devi. The main temple houses a Shaligram, representing Lord Vishnu in a divine form, which is worshipped as Thakur Ji. This form of Lord Vishnu is also mentioned in the Vishnu Purana.
The temple follows a daily worship (Nistha Puja) ritual. However, special prayers and offerings are made during specific occasions, such as Mangshir Shukla Paksha (Vivah Panchami), celebrating the divine wedding of Lord Ram and Goddess Sita, where devotees gather to receive Prasad. Similarly, on Chaitra Shukla Paksha (Ram Navami), a grand celebration is held with Prasad distribution to the devotees.

ठाकुर जी मन्दिर
नमस्कार! हजुरलाई ठाकुर जी मन्दिरमा स्वागत छ ।
५०-६० बर्ष अघिको समयमा, सर्जो सिंहले पिपरास्थित ठाकुर जी मन्दिरको परिकल्पना गर्नुभएको थियो । यहाँको रैथाने सर्जो सिंहको विशालले ६ विगाहाको जग्गा ठाकुर मन्दिरलाई अर्पण गरेर बिरेन्द्र दास (महन्ती)को निर्देशन अनुसार बि. सं. २०३० सालमा ठाकुर जी मन्दिरको थापना भयो । त्यसबेला देखि नै सिंग थर भएका भक्तजनहरुको कुलदेवताको रुपमा पनि यो मन्दिर स्थापित छ । कालान्तरमा, सर्जो सिंगको सुपुत्र, किशोरी सिंगले मन्दिरलाई थप व्यवस्थित गर्नुभयो भने हाल मन्दिरको हेरचाह भने रामेश्वोर सिंगले (बिट्टू सिंग) सकुशल गर्नुहुदैंछ ।
मन्दिर परिसर भित्र लक्ष्मी माता, हनुमान ध्वज, डि(गाउँको रक्षा गर्ने देवता)- डिबारिनी, ग्राम देवी भनेर सात देवी र ठाकुर जी सबैको पूजा हुन्छ । मन्दिर भित्र भने विष्णु भगवानको स्वरूप शालिग्राम स्थापित छ र शालिग्रामलाई नै ठाकुर जी भनेर सम्बोधित गरि पूजा गरिन्छ । भगवान विष्णुको यस्तो स्वरूपको बारेमा विष्णु पुराणमा उल्लेखित रहेको छ ।
ठाकुर जी मन्दिरमा निष्टि पूजा हुने गरेको छ भने विशेष गरेर मङ्सिर शुक्ल पक्षको तिथि, राम जानकी वा बिबाह पंचमीको दिन पूजा गरेर प्रसाद सेवन गरिन्छ । त्यसै गरेर, चैत्र शुक्ल पक्षको तिथि, राम नवमीको दिन पनि भक्तजनको भीडलाई प्रसाद वितरण गरिन्छ।
