The temple was initially established in 1901 AD by Dhamai Rawat, while the adjacent pond and temple land were contributed by Goni Mishra. By 1981 AD, the temple had gradually taken its present form. It is widely believed that wishes and vows made with a pure heart at Pachrukhi Shiva Temple are fulfilled, as attested by many devotees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The temple is called &#8220;Panchmukhi Shiva Temple&#8221; because it is located at the junction of five different villages: Matsari (East), Rajpur (West), Pipra (North), Saruwatha (South), and Tulsi. Historically, a panchayat (village council) was established to govern these villages, and the presence of five different ethnic groups in the area led to the name Panchmukhi (Five-faced). Over time, this name transformed into Pachrukhi Shiva Temple. Today, the temple complex features shrines and idols of Lord Shiva, Parvati, Hanuman, Bhairav, Vishnu, Ram-Janaki, and many other deities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Attractions of Pachrukhi Shiva Temple<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most unique feature of the temple is its extraordinary Shiva Lingam. Made from a precious emerald-like gemstone (Munga Ratna), the Shiva Lingam emits a mystical glow, adding to its divine aura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Festivals and Rituals<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Maha Shiva<\/strong>r<strong>atri<\/strong>: The temple hosts day-long Havan (fire rituals) and puja ceremonies during this grand celebration of Lord Shiva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phagun Chaturdashi: Large numbers of devotees participate in Bol Bam processions, offering water to Lord Shiva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shree Panchami (Magh
