However,<br>this is an increasingly popular alternative route skirts Tilicho Lake to the north. This path is<br>more challenging and requires at least one night of camping. There are no teahouses or lodges<br>past the Tilicho Base Camp, located a few kilometers east of the lake, until reaching the village<br>of Thini Village in the Kali Gandaki valley. Most groups typically spend two nights between<br>these two points.
